The George Hull Centre for Children and Families enlisted the aid of Yellow Schedule to address their high (30%) no-show rate for community services. The initiative, which was funded by Capitalize 4 Kids, aimed to mitigate the waiting list for essential family services within an underserved community.

Following a six-month pilot program, the project's outcomes were evaluated and, due to their significant impact, were implemented throughout the entire organization.

Some of the notable achievements of the pilot included:

  • 35% reduction in appointment no-shows
  • 450 appointments used more effectively per year
  • $120k in health care value created
  • 800% return on investment
  • 8 month reduction in waitlist
