Deleting account and associated data

We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data. If you decide to delete your account and all associated data, we offer two methods for you to do so:

Self-service Account Deletion:
  1. Log in to your account by visiting YellowSchedule App Login.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select Billing Summary.
  3. Scroll down to find the Delete Account option at the bottom of the page.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account and associated data.
Request Assistance from Our Support Team:

If you prefer personal assistance or have any questions regarding the data deletion process, please email your request to support@yellowschedule.com, and our team will assist you through the steps to securely erase your account and information.
